One day, I woke up and I was tired...

..tired of my blotchy skin

..tired of the acne and blackheads

..tired of the dry and inflamed skin

..tired of covering up areas of my body I hated for others to see

..tired of putting on the pounds

..and DAMN tired of feeling and being insecure!

That is when I looked in the mirror and said to myself, "Enough is Enough." I began doing research on any and everything natural that could help my skin, my eating habit, and boost my confidence.

When I ran across sea moss, I said this has to be a joke and ordered the smallest package that I could. When I got it, I will be honest and say I had the slightest idea on what do with it so I just did what I thought and It worked! I've been hooked ever since and it is now apart of my everyday routine. From my skin texture to the way I sleep, has improved tremendously!
